Here’s just a small sample of how we
are helping our customers to make a fresh financial start. We’d
like to do the same for you!
Paying Off Debts
Andy and Beth earned £3,000 per month
between them. Their mortgage, loan and credit card payments
took £2,800 of their income, so there was very little
left to live on and bring up their children. They also had two
CCJ’s and some late mortgage payments.
| How we helped |
 |
| Trinity House Mortgages organised a remortgage
which allowed them to repay ALL of the loans AND the credit
cards, bringing them right-up-to-date. Their monthly costs
have fallen to £1,350, which saves them £1,450
per month. The new mortgage is FLEXI, which means they can
overpay and reduce the term of the loan. They liked it so
much that Beth told her sisters and Andy told his brother
– the whole family is saving money now! |

Poor Credit
When Sarah and John first contacted us they
were in their first home and hoping to get married soon. Sarah
had several CCJs and both had recent arrears on their mortgage.
They wanted to remortgage their home to pay off their debts
so they could begin married life with a clean sheet.
| How we helped |
 |
| After being refused by a high street
lender, Trinity House Mortgages had no problems with helping
them remortgage. We also arrange some extra cash to pay
off all of their debts and even some money left over to
pay for a fabulous honeymoon! |

Right To Buy
Susan had lived in her council home for 25
years and had received a Right To Buy from the Housing Association.
She desperately wanted to buy her home, but thought that her
income and past credit history would go against her.
| How we helped |
 |
We placed Susan’s mortgage with
a specialist Right to Buy lender who took her credit history
into account and lent her the money to buy her house and
some extra cash to pay for the house to be double-glazed.
She had three part-time jobs, so the lender accepted her
own ‘self certification’ of her income, without
income checks.
She now pays the same for her mortgage
as she did in rent, but now owns her own home.
