Our Service
We will prepare for you a professionally designed
website from a template chosen from our collection, and in
your preferred colour.
- Your own colour scheme will feature throughout the site.
- Your logo will feature throughout the site
- Your business name and contact details will be included at the foot of each main subject page.
- Your personalised introduction for the 'about us' page will be included.
- Your personalised welcome page will be included.
- Your terms of business will be included if applicable
We will charge you a one-off set-up fee plus a monthly license, hosting, administration and support fee, payable by standing order. You license your site from us, all content, textual and graphical is copyright.
Changes to the monthly
fee
We reserve the right to increase our monthly fee
upon giving you a minimum of 60 days' notice in writing.
However, no increase will be sought within 12 months from
the date of your first standing order payment.
1. Included in your setup fee is ownership of one .co.uk domain which we will register for you.
2. We will automatically renew this domain every two years and pass on all costs incurred unless informed otherwise.
3. If you already have a domain name you wish to use, we will assist you in its transfer to our servers. The registrar with which you have registered your domain may require a transfer fee, if so any costs incurred will be passed on to your company, we will however notify you in advance of any charges.
4. You may transfer a domain name away from us at any time, there is a small administration charge of £20 + VAT per domain.
Site Hosting
Unless prior arrangements have been made your website will be hosted
on our own servers the cost of which is included in your monthly fee.
It is possible, should you wish to use your own hosting services as
long as we are provided with all the information required to enable
us to upload your site and make ammendments when necessary. However
there will be no reduction in your monthly fee if using your own host.
Company's Liability
In no circumstances whatsoever will
IFA Web Solutions Ltd be liable for economic,
indirect or consequential loss arising from
delays or service interruptions.
The Company will not be responsible for loss occasioned by computer viruses,
whether introduced by the Company's software or otherwise, or unforeseen
hardware problems which could affect continuity of service.
IFA Web Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss or damage
caused by the use, misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
Your
Privacy
To protect your privacy we conform with the requirements
of the Data Protection Act, 1998, we will not distribute
your name or e-mail address to any third party. We do send
marketing support and important informational emails to our
clients email addresses as part of our service however you
may unsubscribe from this service at any time.

- Financial guides, calculators and jargon buster to include any budget changes.

Articles or information provided by you for inclusion on the "News & Updates" page, provided these are supplied to us complete and in electronic format
All Other additions or customisation will be charged for on an hourly basis, we will agree costs and payment terms with you before carrying out the work. Additions inlcude

Compliance
We will work with your compliance officer to make
any necessary changes to your website for complaince purposes.
You and your company are ultimately responsible in ensuring
that the website is compliant. Your company is also responsible
for keeping a copy of your site, and details of any and all
changes to it, for compliance purposes. We retain only the
most current version of your site.
Additional Content
Your website may contain information, and/or link to services which are
hosted and maintained by third parties. We have no control over the
content or security of any such site. You link to such web sites at
your own risk, and we make no representations regarding the content
of any such web site. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage which
may arise from the use of such third party web sites.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel your arrangement with us at any time after a minimum period
of 12 months, by providing us with three month's notice in writing.
After the notice period the web site and any email accounts associated
with it will be switched off without any further notice. Should you
wish to transfer the email to another provider we will do everyting
within our power to make the transfer as simple as possible, however
we reserve the right to make a small administration charge.
The content of these websites, including all text and images, unless provided by you or a third party, is the property of IFA Web Solutions Ltd. If after our minimum contract term you decide you no longer wish to use our services, you are not permitted use any part of the web site (except for any content provided by you or a third party) on any other website, unless prior written consent is obtained from us.
